Compass Business Intermediaries, LLC respects your privacy and will never sell your email address to a third-party company for any purpose. We store all of your contact information in a protected database that is only available to our team.

When we reach out to contact you, we will not reveal the details of our call or what it is in regards to, to any of your staff unless you give us explicit permission to do so. When discussing the sale of your business, we will only discuss sensitive details with you and the approved parties, and no one else.

Once your business is listed for sale with us, we only advertise the listing with generic verbiage that is intended to describe the general nature of the business while omitting the name, location and other details that might give away the business’s identity. All serious buyers must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement before we reveal the name of your business or any pertinent details. We will never use your business’s name when marketing your business for sale.

We collect personal information through email-based and online-based contact forms and store this information in client relationship management software for the purposes of marketing our services to you and for the purposes of conducting business with you. This information is stored indefinitely.  You may request the removal of this information by contacting us through our contact page.

We may send you material that we think aligns with your interests and is related to the nature of our business. This may come as a mailing or e-mail. You can opt out of these emails at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking “unsubscribe”.

Third party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites on the internet. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website. Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.
